Salmon Muffins

The recipe

I have mixed emotions about giving out a life-long, life-saving, and formula, but what the hell.

Go to the grocer of your choice capable of stocking Honeyboy pink salmon in the14.75 oz can (wonder why it’s 14 ounces plus 75/100th’s of another ounce). It’s the one in the salmon colored can.

Prepare the recipe exactly like it says on the label (except I use a half cup of onions) until you get down to the part about forming a loaf on a baking sheet, or using a 4X8 inch loaf pan. When you get to there, throw away the can and get out your six-hole cornbread muffin tin, spray it with a generic, cheaper PAM-like spray, fill the six-holer with the great equalizer, and bake the Salmon Muffins at 350 for about 30-40 minutes.
